Job Overview
The selected candidate will support the company’s Food Vertical and play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Candidates with experience in the Retail, FMCG, or Restaurant sectors will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee treasury functions, cash flow management, and financial reconciliations.
- Manage Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax compliance requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities including FBR, SRB, and SECP.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Supervise finance team members and support professional development.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and timely salary disbursement.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Previous experience in Retail, FMCG, or Restaurant industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, treasury management, and payroll administration.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
